Captain guide: documents and steps before your first BRINGERS job
Age, vehicle and required documents, how offers reach you, and when your fee is added. Everything to know before becoming a BRINGERS captain.

Requirements
- You must have reached the minimum age set by BRINGERS — 18 in the current setting.
- Vehicle: a motorcycle, a car, a bicycle, or on foot. Motorcycles and cars need a valid plate number.
- Your work city must be within BRINGERS’ service areas, and you need your national ID number (11 digits), seen only by the administration.
The application pages
In the BRINGERS Captain app you answer a series of pages, one question each: national ID, why you’re joining, full name, date of birth, delivery experience, work city and home address, then your vehicle with its status, photo and plate. Finally “Review your details”, then “Send application”.
Documents
- Everyone: both sides of your ID, and a clear personal photo for verification.
- Motorcycle and car: driving licence, and vehicle registration unless the vehicle is unlicensed and you have no papers.
- Motorcycle, car and bicycle: a photo of the vehicle and its plate.
- Rented vehicle: the rental contract.
Documents are uploaded to private storage and reviewed by the BRINGERS team, who then video-call you to confirm before approval.
Your day on the road
- Offers reach you only while you are online. Each lasts thirty seconds — slide to accept.
- A break pauses offers until it ends.
- At the door, ask the customer for the delivery code. Your fee is added only with a correct code, near the address.
Your fee
- Added to your balance the moment you deliver, and shown in “Earnings”.
- Withdraw to your saved Sham Cash account once your balance reaches the published minimum.
